We believe hair should be fun, and help you to feel good about yourself. We like to work with your hair’s natural texture, instead of engaging in chemical warfare with it. Lucky 13 specializes in lived-in, low-maintenance, healthy-looking hair.

 Parking: We have street parking at Lucky 13 Salon. There are almost always spots available within one block on either side of High Street, or down California Ave.
