COVID19 GUIDELINES//RENDEZVOUS HAIR SALON
Your upcoming salon experience will look and feel more like a doctors office visit in the months to come, and as bummed as we are that our experience may not be as relaxing or casual, we know it is in the best interest of our guests and team. We will only be opening our books one to two months at a time in the beginning phases of this to allow for schedule changes. The last thing we want to do is reschedule you again and again while we work through this situation.
We will not be offering any walk in availability at this time, and we will be by appointment only for the foreseeable future. Please practice patience with us as we navigate this. We will not be able to get everyone in as quickly as we would like to and there is a lot of pressure on us at this time. We will be working as much as we possibly can, but we still need time to rest and recuperate so that we can perform at our very best while staying healthy. Thank you for your patience, kindness, compassion, and understanding.
By scheduling an appointment with us, you are verifying that you are not displaying any symptoms of COVID19, and/or are not living with someone who is displaying symptoms of COVID19. Please ask yourself before coming to your appointment if you have any of the following symptoms. Fever/temperature, shortness of breath, loss of sense of taste, or smell, dry cough, runny nose, sore throat.
If you have traveled outside of the state of Ohio, we are asking that you self quarantine/isolate for 14 days prior to your appointment with us. If you have an appointment scheduled with us that conflicts with quarantine, we ask that you please reschedule. Thank you in advance for keeping your stylist and their family safe!
We reserve the right to move, change, or cancel any scheduled appointments. In the event of an unexpected illness of your provider, your service may be canceled or your provider may be changed from who you were originally scheduled. In the event of a necessary service provider change we will do our best to notify you, but please keep in mind you may not be notified if it is a last minute change due to a service provider falling ill, or running behind in their day. We appreciate your understanding!
-All stylists and clients are required to wear masks upon entry to the salon. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not have a mask, we will have a limited supply of masks available for purchase. All masks must be “behind the ear” masks. You may be asked to remove your mask from the ear area during your service and while shampooing. (lip waxing and brow waxing will be temporarily unavailable at this time)
